The cemetery is located 6 miles south and four and one-half miles west of Dawson, Minnesota. It is a rural cemetery without a street address.

The cemetery has always been a part of Providence Valley Lutheran Church, The church was established in 1878, and continues to maintain the cemetery.

This cemetery is in excellent condition. All stones that required straightening have been repaired. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition.

This record contains all the known burials in this cemetery. This transcription was completed by Don Lund, Jon Lund and Adam Lund, using tombstone inscriptions along with a plat map of the cemetery, in Aug of 2002.
