Take 275N to exit 25. Turn right onto Ford Rd in Canton, MI and turn left at the 4th traffic light, which is Sheldon Road. Go about 5 miles and the cemetery will be on your right hand side, just north of Michigan Ave.

Sheldon Cemetery is maintained by Canton City Works and is well maintained. It is still being used.

It was once a potato patch on property belonging to William Smith.

I compiled this on Jun 08, 2002. I physically went to the cemetery to obtain the information.
