Cleon Twp, Sec 25

Contributed by Julie Witkowski, Dec 07, 2010, last edited Dec 10, 2010 [jfwski@hotmail.com]. Total records = 74.

To reach this cemetery, from Harlan drive south on Harlan Road for 0.26 miles, turn right or west onto Rice Road and continue for 0.15 miles. The cemetery is on the south or left side of the road.

I have no history on this cemetery but it may have been established by a church since it is also known as Brethren Cemetery and/or Dunkard Cemetery. It dates back to the early 1900s.

I walked and read all existing and legible stones and markers on Aug 10, 2009.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
