To reach cemetery, in the village of Marcellus drive east on Main Street (Hwy 216) for one mile. Cemetery is on the north side of the road.

The Bly Cemetery is also known as the Marcellus Township Cemetery. Perhaps because it is owned and maintained by the Marcellus Township now. I found the cemetery very well maintained.

I transcribed this cemetery from 2003 to 2006 from tombstone inscriptions and I compared my work with a previous transcription which was done by another individual in the early 1990s.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
