In Olivers Shop, from the intersection of Highway 6 and Olivers Shop Road go north on Olivers Shop Road for 1 mile until you reach Wheatley Road. Turn there, and go west for .3 miles until you the first mail box on the south side of the road. Turn onto the gravel and go south for .1 miles. The cemetery is in the middle of a plowed farmer's field. There is a large cedar tree near the cemetery.

This is a small family cemetery that is in poor condition. All the headstones are on the ground and there is a lot of vegetation growing there. The property once belonged to the Smoot Family which is one of the older families in Charles County. The Cemetery is registered with the Maryland Historic Trust.

This includes all existing and legible headstone readings from when I visited this cemetery on May 01, 2007 and one name from older records.
