In White Plains, from the intersection of Highway 301 and Billingsley Road, go south on Highway 301 until you come to the building called "White Plains Corporate Business Park". Turn right in there and go park. The cemetery is west of the back parking lot. The Cemetery has a orange fence around it.
This small family cemetery, is owned and maintained by the White Plains Corporate Business Park and at present it is badly neglected. The cemetery contains the descendents of the Smoot and the Hargrave family.
I drove past the Hargrave Family Cemetery again on Nov 05, 2005. It looks like somebody has clean the little cemetery up. You can see the headstones from the parking lot, which looks a lot better.
I visited this one on Mar 12, 2005.
