To reach cemetery from Wellsford, drive east about ½ mile, then north for about ¼ mi. Wellsford is in Kiowa County but the cemetery is just inside Pratt County.

Located Pratt/Kiowa County line N.W. corner 7-28-15, 1/2 mile north of highway 54.

In 1976 I went to the cemetery and collected records from the sexton and some from headstones. This transcription includes all known headstones. There were 2 unmarked graves.
