Dubuque Cemetery
Redwing, Barton County, Kansas

Lat: 38° 39' 10"N, Lon: 98° 35' 35"W
Beaver Twp, Sec 13

Contributed by Linda Bower, Jan 03, 2006, last edited Apr 01, 2006 [ltbrower@yahoo.com]. Total records = 29.

In rural Barton County, 3 miles east of Redwing on Hwy 4, north 9.5 miles on NE 90th (1 miles north of 190th), .8 miles east, on north side of road.

This cemetery started about 1885, judging from the existing stones. It is not used often but has had a recent burial. I did not find out who owns and maintains it now.

I walked and transcribed this cemetery from all existing and legible tombstone inscriptions, completed in Jan 02, 2006.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
