Copeland Graveyard
Located on a farm
at 3583 E. State Rd. 62
Madison, IN

Although the address is Madison, it is located only a couple of miles, if that, west of Canaan, IN There is only one stone here with an inscription. The stone was broken in half with only the bottom half still there. The inscription from the DAR records of 1941 reads:

In memory of
Samuel Copeland,
father of the Copeland family
of Shelby Township.
