The Clark Cemetery is located just southwest of Riverside Indiana. It is located in the middle of the woods between 1300 N and E. River Road. E. River Road is the road that runs through Riverside. To get to the cemetery from E. River Road, turn south on Riverside Road, then west onto the first road to the right which is 1300 N, on the property of Ronnie E. McCaw.

There is no public access to this cemetery. Permission must be obtained from Mr. McCaw to access the cemetery.

Clark cemetery is located on the land that belonged to the original pioneer owner, Lorenzo Dow Clark. The land stayed in the family for over 100 years until William Pearson sold it.

There is one civil war soldier buried in this small family cemetery. The stones are broken and very worn. There are only two stones still readable. The list of people buried in the cemetery was from a listing done in 1930 and the two stones.

This is all the existing stones and records that I could find. I visited the cemetery in March of 2006.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
