This cemetery was used primarily from the late 1880's to the early 1900's. There is no owner on record. The cemetery may have also been referred to as the Denton Cemetery.

A plat map of this cemetery (unknown date) created by licensed surveyor, John K. Ashley, shows a description as follows: Beginning on the Section line between Sections 27 & 28 T56NR2E BM 875 ft North of SE corner of Sec. 28. Thence North 230 ft, thence West 200 ft, thence South 230 ft, thence East 200 ft to the place of beginning. A copy is located at the Bonner County Historical Museum.
