From Millen, GA, 10.1 miles west on Rte. 17 to N. Herndon Rd., 3.3 miles north on N. Herndon Rd. to cemetery site. Cemetery is located about 75 yards west of road in woods.

This is an African-American cemetery. It is located on the Good Company Plantation (formerly part of the Jones family plantation) between Herndon GA and Waynesboro GA in Jenkins County.

In addition to the identifiable tombstones, there is one additional broken stone and several unreadable funeral home stakes. There is also evidence of several additional unmarked graves. This cemetery is not maintained.
