To reach this cemetery from Millen, GA, take Hwy 23 north about 2 miles, then turn right on Hiltonia Rd. continue for about 8 miles, turning right on Horse Creek Rd. The cemetery is about 1.0 mile from Hiltonia Rd., or about 1.05 miles from Buttermilk Rd. It is approximately 50 feet off the road to the west.

The cemetery is in woods and has not been maintained. Long-time local residents recall there being more tombstones than cannot now be found.
