Hudson Cemetery
Frankford, Sussex County, Delaware

Parker Road & Rte 113, Frankford DE

Lat: 38° 29' 58"N, Lon: 75° 14' 20"W

Contributed by Audra Hart, Jul 23, 2010, last edited Jul 24, 2010 [audramhart@gmail.com]. Total records = 28.

To reach cemetery from Daisey Avenue in Frankford, drive south on Route 113 for 1.27 miles, turn right or west onto Parker Road. The cemetery is about 300 feet west of Rte 113 on the east side of Parker Road.

The land was owned by Capt Lee Murray in 1928, not sure who owns it now. There are 29 interments known, this transcription is believed to be complete, with only one unknown or unmarked grave visible.

This appears to be a family cemetery, which is well maintained as far as being mowed and kept cleared. It is located between a home and a corn field.

The information was gathered Jul 08, 2010 by Audra M & Dale A Hart walking the cemetery and hand transcribing as well as photographing each stone. Special thanks to Marjorie Adams and Joni Hudson for additional information and verification.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
