Turn LEFT (West) onto Oak Grove Rd and travel .3 miles. . Park vehicle on side of road and turn LEFT into woods. Walk .1 mile and arrive at chain link fence.

This family plot is heavily overgrown with trees, grass and azalea bushes. According to the caretaker (Nubia) of the house on the property, she is supposed to keep it cleaned out and mowed but she does not have the tools to do so. Nubia said the property now belongs to Springhill College. The plot is surrounded by a chain link fence with a padlocked gate. Vandals have cut the fence recently and Nubia has not yet reported it.

This listing is complete as of May 31, 2001, when I surveyed the cemetery and recorded these tombstones. There are seven (7) marked graves. According to Nubia there are no unmarked graves here. All of the tombstones are large crosses. Mother's cross has a crown on it.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
