The hamlet of Island Brook is located on Route 212 about 10 miles east of Cookshire. Turn right on Ch. de L'Eglise and you will see the Island Brook United Church. The cemetery is right in back of the church.

The cemetery has been is use since the 1860s and is used today.

Susan Nutbrown and I walked and read this cemetery in May, 2005 and did a complete recording of all headstones.
