To reach this cemetery, travel Hwy 53 west from Brantford, aka
Colborne Street West, to the village of Burford. Continue west,
2 blocks past the main intersection, there are traffic lights there.
The cemetery is located on the southwest corner of the intersection
of King Street West and Potter Drive.
This cemetery is under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of
the County of Brant. It is quite well maintained and it is still
active. There is space for future burials.
This is a complete listing of all the tombstones and grave markers
in the cemetery. A few older stones are unreadable.
I walked this cemetery in May, 2007, reading and recording the
inscription from each tombstone that could be read in order to
complete the transcription process.
