Saint John Cemetery
Richmond, Clarence Council, Tasmania, Australia

The cemetery is on a hill just outside of town. The road is a rough track, and the grounds are treacherous. Thanks to a tip-off, I found the table monument of Frances Atkins Bonney, and her grand daughter in the top corner. Saint John is the oldest Catholic church still in use in Australia.

This is not a complete listing of burials! The records below were provided by contributors to Interment.net. Last edited Mar 19, 2007. Total records = 8.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
