Take Route 21 South out of Mineral Wells for about 8miles to Wolf Run Road, in Rockport go about 3 ½ miles north on Wolf Run to Slate Creek Road. Follow Slate Creek to the junction with Slate Camp Run Road, the cemetery sits on the hill to the left on the old Bob James farm.

This cemetery hasn’t been used in many years. It is only mowed once or twice a season. Half of the stones are broken and have fallen over. Many are very worn and difficult to read. Complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Please verify the information with other sources.
