This cemetery is located by the old Curlew School. Take the first
left turn after you cross the bridge, then up the hill past the
garage. You will see the fence.
I visited this cemetery on Jul 19, 2001. It is appears to be
getting no care, although a few years ago, the tribal council
for the Colville Federation went around and fenced all the Indian
Cemeteries they could locate. This has protected them a lot.
I think the families of the deceased care for each burial area,
when there is family left. When not, they get neglected. It does
not look like this one is being used anymore.
